I was out working in the rain at the ranch one day with my baby blue ropers on , I got them so wet. I had a Barn dance to go to the evening I wanted to wear my blue boots I call them my dancing boots. Well I put them in front of a 50 gallon barrel that we used to burn fire wood to get warm when it was cold outside. They just wouldn’t dry so I was a little desperate to dry them out. I took them in the house and put them in the oven on low to dry them out when I came back in to get them, they were all wrinkled up. I cried and thought to myself what was I going to where to the dance I tried to wet them and pull out the leather, no luck. I rushed to the cowtown boots and got myself some daning boots. When I got home I remember my old blue boots I just loved those boots so I put some dried flowers in them and now they are hanging on the wall. Everyone that comes over wants to know where I bought that beautiful arrangement on the wall, well I said theirs a story behind those boots. Happy Trails
